Service Agreement & Waiver of Liability

By checking this box, you, the Client, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Service:
   I understand and acknowledge that Quick Fix Phone Repair will perform services on the device described below. These services may include repairs, diagnostics, and/or modifications as requested by me.
2. Risk of Damage:
   I understand that while Quick Fix Phone Repair will take every precaution to prevent damage to the device, there is always an inherent risk involved in working with electronic devices. I agree that Quick Fix Phone Repair is not responsible for any damage to the device, including hardware failure, software malfunctions, or any unforeseen issues during the service process.
3. Waiver of Liability for Theft or Loss:
   I understand and agree that Quick Fix Phone Repair is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the device, including any accessories or data within the device, while in possession of Quick Fix Phone Repair or during transport to/from the service location.
4. Consent to Work on Device:
   I hereby give Quick Fix Phone Repair consent to perform the services outlined for the device I provided.
5. No Warranty on Data:
   I understand and agree that Quick Fix Phone Repair does not guarantee the preservation of any data on my device. It is my responsibility to back up all data before service. I acknowledge that Quick Fix Phone Repair is not liable for any loss or corruption of data.
6. Payment for Services:
   I agree to pay Quick Fix Phone Repair the agreed-upon amount for the services rendered, with additional charges applying if further services are required.
7. Governing Law:
   This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nevada.
